Wine Tasting Notes
An exceptional quality wine. The color is a very pure bright yellow, with golden highlights. A froth of light bubbles forming a discreet ring in the glass. Intense nose revealing fresh citrus notes admirably matched with well-developed toasted aromas. Ample, well-structured palate. The range of aromas expands with hints of dry fruit, apricot in particular appearing in midpalate alongside honeyed notes. Exquisite balance, the texture astonishingly light, and the finish harmonious with rich intermingling flavors.
