France’s national competition regulator has raided multiple wine and spirits firms over “possible anti-competitive practices”.The Autorité de la Concurrence released a statement on April 10th stating it had inspected a number of wine and spirits companies on 9 April. Wine News: Constellation Selling $1.7 Billion in Brands to E. & J. Gallo
E. & J. Gallo is purchasing
approximately 30 wine and spirits brands from Constellation Brands for $1.7
billion, along with related facilities located in California, New York and
