Cycles Gladiator California Pinot Noir offers fresh aromas of cherry and raspberry are echoed by bright flavors to match. Subtle floral notes of hibiscus with a touch of white peppercorn peek through on the finish. Its bright acidity, and low tannins, make this wine go down a real treat! A great pairing for seafood or a light pasta with grilled cherry tomatoes and would be a fabulous companion to roast duck.
