Rounded and elegant aromas of cherry cream, light cola, berry crumble and subtle charcuterie float across the nose on this single-vineyard expression. The dried cherry and cranberry flavors of the palate are enhanced by rooibos tea, dried herbs and baked earth flavors, making for a very complex sip.

Wine Tasting Notes
Opens with a richer, sweeter nose of cherries suggesting the warmer vintage. Yet the earthy and spicy qualities that have made Dierberg Vineyard a vanguard among Santa Maria Valley pours through with time. The palate is richer than the previous vintage but seamless and elegant. With a long finish we believe this Pinot will drink well for some time.
