Reduced, robust and succulent, this earthy red estate wine is energetic and focused, with delicately structured waves of pomegranate and currant. The savory side of the story is defined in cardamom and clove with bursts of black tea and pepper. This balanced, complex wine deserves more time in bottle; enjoy best from 2027-2032.

Wine Tasting Notes
Gorgeous red fruit aromas of pomegranate, cherry and cranberry coalesce with herbal scents of sage and pipe tobacco, reminiscent of a briar patch. Plush and soft on entry, gaining energy and structure with fine, mouth-coating tannins on the mid-palate. The flavors of pomegranate, cola, orange peel and herbs are long and layered. Lovely to enjoy now, the Sebella Pinot Noir will gain in polish and complexity with mid-term cellaring
