Look for aromas of sweet hay, cherry, graphite and baking spices leading to a lush, juicy palate of ripe, round blackberry jam and cherry flavors with chewy tannins on a long finish. Built to age, but easy to enjoy this dark gem if your idea of dinner involves slow-roasted meats served on a bed of caramelized veggies or mushrooms.
