Currant, blackberry and stone aromas follow through to a full body with firm, balanced tannins that are rather chewy now, but will soften in a year or two. Serious bottle of cab! Drink or hold.

Wine Tasting Notes
Notes of cassis, red and black pepper, and spices. There are beautiful mineral notes and integrated oak characteristics such as vanilla, caramel, and smoke. The mature and soft tannins are round with a fresh acidity. Concentrated, balanced, and full-flavored, Mendel Mendoza Cabernet displays both elegance and freshness.
