While appropriate serving temperature is very important to full enjoyment of all wines, Saccharo truly reveals all its beauty if served at 55-60 degrees. At this temperature the wine truly reveals its heady aromatics and beautifully balanced palate of citrus and honey, allowing the incredible richness, balance and intensity in the finish to linger pleasantly. If kept in the refrigerator, take out 15-20 min before serving and you will be richly rewarded. Finish: Incredibly long and opulent, finishing beautifully dry.
Palate: Initial rich flavors of citrus peel, apricot and vanilla bean, intensifying to candied orange peel, honey and almond on the mid palate.
