Wine Tasting Notes
The Santa Barbara Winery Santa Ynez Syrah is inky purple with aromas of blackberry, dried herbs, and white pepper. A blend of both cool climate and warmer climate grapes - this wine has a deep richness that is nicely cut by its acidity. Full-bodied, with rich flavors of baked blueberries and ripe plum. Drink with a hard aged gouda, braised beef, or any BBQ. This wine loves some char.
